Offered here is a beautiful and impressive challenge coin that commemorates the A-7 era for theHell Razorsof VA-174. The squadron was the East Coast training squadron (or RAG) for the A-7 Corsair II, and flew the aircraft from 1966 until 1988. Their home port was NAS Cecil Field. The coin is 2\" wide, and 3mm thick, cast in gold-tone metal with great colors and texture. One side features the squadron\'s insignia. The other side of this coin is emblazoned with the silhouette of an A-7, and a pair of Naval Aviator\'s wings, along with the squadron\'s \"AD\" tail code and diamond motif.The coin would make a wonderful gift for anyone who served with VA-174, or would make a great addition to any collection.
