I don't think that those of you who were born after 1985 or so, can really appreciate the way cigarette smoking permeated our culture. Ashtrays were EVERYWHERE and they were made out of EVERYTHING. This small brass one is typical of an ashtray one might have found in someone's bedroom or kitchen. It's made of brass and the three "lips" are fashioned from small vintage Mexican coins. The ashtray is in good, age-related condition -- there are no dents or scratches.The vintage ashtray is approx. 3 1/2" in diameter.
