Please contact me with any questions you may have before placing a offer.This listing is for a set of twelve (12) key block woodblock prints that make up the Henry Manga series from Jed Henry and Dave Bull of Ukiyo-e Heroes and Mokuhankan. These prints were carved and printed between late 2014 and late 2015 in Japan.
When the series was announced, there were two options available. One option was a series of 12 prints released once a month over a year. The second option was a series of 12 prints bound as a single volume plus a key block impression of each print released once a month over a year. At the end of the year, the bound volume was sent to those who purchased the latter option. The 12 prints in this sale are those key block impressions. This sale does not include the bound volume.Each print measures roughly 7.5\" by 10\" and is in a paper folder with photo corners. The prints can be easily removed for framing or binding. The front of each folder lists the print number in the series, the names of the carver and printer, and the dates of carving and printing.
The condition of the prints is as shown. They are described as \"used\" as they have been removed from the shipping envelope and plastic sleeve. The prints have been stored flat in a smoke-free, climate-controlled home.Standard shipping in a box to US addresses with insurance and tracking.
