US Supreme Court Justice Autograph Signed Lot Thomas Kagan Stevens Breyer Souter:

You are buying a collection of 7 (seven) Supreme Court Justice signed items. Included in this lot are the following items:

1. Elena Kagan signed and personalized matted official color photo. The photo and matte together measure 8x10 in size. The photo area itself is about 5x7. The matte itself is signed and personalized by Justice Kagan. There are a few paper pulls/tears along the top and in the bottom left corner as well as a little on the back edges. This is not very notable since it is in a plain area. There is also some tape residue to the corners and top border due to previous framing. Most of this could be matted out if desired since it’s only along edges.

2. Elena Kagan signed letter. This letter is dated October 29, 2012. It has typical content and mentions the above signed matted photo. The letter is signed right below the mailing fold so the signature itself is very nice without a fold through it. This letter is written on official Supreme Court letterhead with a nice embossed Eagle. Unfortunately the letter has been trimmed and has paper pulls in the top and bottom left corners.

3. Clarence Thomas signed and personalized 8x10 photo. This photo has a few condition issues including an uneven tear along the bottom of the photo. This tear is about 3 inches in length. Since it is mostly contained in the bottom border of the photo it could easily be matted out if framed. There is also a little bit of tape residue in the corners of the photo from a previous frame job.

4. Clarence Thomas signed 2.5 by 3.5 “Outstanding Americans” trading card. This card has a nice bold signature and is not personalized. This card is in vintage condition and unfortunately there is a fairly large chunk missing on the backside. It was glued down and when it was removed part of the back of the card tore off. Since the damage is only visible on the back, this card would be great for display or slabbing.

5. Stephen Breyer signed 8x10 photo. This photo has been signed by Stephen Breyer and is not personalized. It is an older longer version of his signature. Many examples you see today are a lot quicker and shorter. Unfortunately there is a small piece of the top left corner missing. The backside of the photo has some paper pulls/tears from removing tape. None of these tears are visible on the front.

6. John Paul Stevens signed 6x7.5 black and white paper photo. This photo is not personalized and is signed by John Paul Stevens below his official portrait. These photos are what was sent to collectors through the mail upon a request for an autograph. Unfortunately this paper photo has been trimmed (it was originally 6x9 in size) and has a little bit of border damage due to a previous frame job.

7. David Souter signed 6x7.75 black and white paper photo. This photo is not personalized and is signed by David Souter below his official portrait. These photos are what was sent to collectors through the mail upon a request for an autograph. Unfortunately this paper photo has been trimmed (it was originally 6x9 in size) and has a little bit of border damage due to a previous frame job. There are paper pulls along the left and right edges on the back only.
