This is a one of a kind item from a postcard collectors estate . He was very into Chicago's history. So he took the paperback book Chicago by Larry Viskochil and he matched as many postcards he could to the photos in the book. I was limited on numbers of pictures I could take by at 12, so not all are pictured.
The postcards are a mix of older and some newer or reproductions, however I do see a 1911, 1908, 1909, 1908, 1909, 1911,1914, 1911, 1912, that are dated, stamped and have notes. The rest seem to be unposted , no notes and a mix or newer and older postcards.
I was going to break down and sell separately, but this is pretty unique, would be great conversation piece on a coffee table or in a display. The book is in used shape, binding pulling away from last page. cards are in good shape, flattened by being inside book these last couple years.
Totals cards counted is 25 and you get the paperback book.
