Elrathia kingii was a prolifically deposited trilobite from the Middle Cambrian period, extremely old and near the beginning of shelled animals appearing in the fossil record. A great affordable fossil with a rich history, hundreds of millions of years before most dinosaurs ever roamed the earth.
