PLEASE NOTE:Some utility blade brands vary due to the way their top notches have been cut. We have tested several brands of blades andfound that most fit in either direction. With some blades, you may not get the blade holder screw to go in flush. If that happens, do not use it that way; simply flip the blade around the other way, and it will usually fix the issue. You will never need to worry about using both ends of the blades with this knife, because this design allows for over 84% of the blade edge to be exposed. Blade play amounts may vary, depending on the variety (thickness) and brand of your blade.
Please also be careful with your main blade holder screw when you decided to change out your blade. Do so over a table, and nowhere near any floor vents. If you lose that part, it will render your knife useless. If you ever need a replacement down the road, we will be able to sell you a replacement; as of right now the spare blade holder parts will not be in stock until June of 2023.
