Up for sale is a beautiful Tinder Box estate pipe. Marked Tinder Box Christmas 1987 made in London England on the shank. Stem marked with white Christmas tree. Tinder box had many pipe manufacturers make their pipes. Ascorti is typically the one known to produce their Christmas pipes, but this one being marked made in London England indicates it was made by Charatan’s, another maker who did a lot of Tinder Box’s pipes. This bent billiard has some gorgeous grain with a couple small factory fill-ins. Has some rim wear, stem is a little loose. Overall a nice solid pipe for any collector or smoker.
