This is a low grade item. It will be complete and readable, but will show significant wear. Allowed defects for this grade include: spine roll, a moderate amount of staining or water damage, writing or other marks on the cover, up to one inch spine splits or other tears, a cover or centerfold that is detached at one staple, discoloration due to oxidation, and a minor piece or pieces missing. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor/moderate defects or one or two major defects.

Cover by John Buscema. "Beware! If This Be... Ragnarok!", script by Gerry Conway (pages 1, 21) and Stan Lee (pages 2-20), pencils by John Buscema, inks by John Verpoorten; The Norns see that Thor is about to die at the hand of Pluto, and recall that Thor is destined for another death; They recall the tale of Ragnarok, and save Thor from Pluto and for his destiny. Appearances by Balder, Hogun, Fandral, Volstagg, Heimdall, Odin, Loki, and Surtur. This story recaps and elaborates on the Ragnarok story from Tales of Asgard segments in Thor 127 and 128. 36 pgs., full color. $0.20.
