The collectible is in Good condition. The cover, and all pages, which are cream-colored, are firmly attached. The front and back cover corners have wear and rounding, the front cover top right-hand corner has a cease and an approx. 1/2\" piece missing and below it, the right-hand edge has an approx. 1/2\" chip missing, the spine has multiple stress creases - the biggest approx. 1/4\" around center, the bottom right-hand corner has an approx. 1/2\" crease, there is an oxidation shadow starting at \"Wah Hoo\" and extending to the bottom edge; the staples are rusty; pages #15-#24 have creased bottom corners; pages #22-#23 have an oxidation shadow; the back cover top left-hand corner has an approx. 3/4\" crease, the top right-hand corner has an approx. 1\" crease/dent, the bottom right-hand corner has an approx. 1/2\" crease.
