BIOGRAPHY: The Impacts were formed in 1957 in the Bedford Styvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, NYC byKenneth Seymour, Allen Morton (formerly of The Chips), Renaldo Gamble (formerly of the Kodaks) and Harold Jenkins. After a short stint with End Records, they were signedby RCA and quickly became a top draw among Doo Wop clubs in New York City.
