The swabs and vials are further cleaned using a proprietary process to make these kits the best choice for Total Organic Carbon Analysis (TOC Analysis). Each TexWipe® TOC Cleaning Validation Kit provides you with an organized, convenient and secure method for transporting sampling swabs and vials from the storage area to the samply site to the laboratory with minimimal chance of contamination. Kits are also ideal for non-organic liquids sampling for contamination source investigations. Lot coded for traceability and quality control.

• Vials: Certified Low TOC Level (<10ug/L, <10ppb) ensures consistency in vial background contribution.
• Vials: Pre-Washed borosilicate glass vials have a one-piece cap and septa design for easy sampling and analysis.
• Vials: Septum thickness: 1.34mm (0.053-Inches).
• Vials: Polyethylene overcap protects septum surface from contamination until the time of analysis.
• Vials: Sloped shoulder design minimizes headspace for reduced background TOC level.
• Vials: Endorsed for use by TOC instrumentation manufacturers.
• Swabs: Certified Low TOC Level (<50ug/L, <50ppb) ensures consistency in swab background contribution.
• Swabs: Double-layered, double-knit polyester head entraps contaminates in knit structure during sampling. This allows maximum contaminant collection and release in to the diluent to provide excellent recovery rates.
