This is a set of 4 empty sake bottles of "Jyuyondai", which is brewed by Takagi Shuzo in Yamagata Prefecture and is said to be very difficult to obtain.
All of the bottles are empty, so we hope you will use them for display or other purposes. Gokujo Morohaku is a junmai daiginjo-shu made from the finest polished rice (Yamadanishiki and Aizan) for both koji rice and kake rice, and is one of the most popular and hard-to-find sake in the Jyuyondai line.
The Nakadori Junmai Unfiltered is unusual for Jyuyondai in that the sake rice is undisclosed. It is the raw version of the two types of sake on sale, Nama-zume and MUJI-zense.
Ginsen is famous as a summer sake, but brewer's alcohol is added to it. Asahitaka is locally distributed sake made by Takagi Shuzo, but brewing alcohol is also added. In general, the addition of brewing alcohol is not always considered a positive thing, but in the case of Takagi Shuzo, I was able to realize that it was added to make the sake taste better. I used to display them as interior decorations, but since I can no longer display them, I am selling them for the purpose of decluttering.
