You are looking a"THE WESTOVER REED & BARTON RITZ-CARLTON CLAW ICE / SUGAR TONGS SILVER PLATE "The tongs are marked "The Westover" on one side. The inside is marked Reed & Barton in two (2) places. They measure about 7-1/2" long and 1-1/4" across the claw part. I am not exactly sure what they are made of as it does not say on them. They have scratches on them as you can see in the pictures, but overall they are in great shape.
