Unknown condition but has been tested in a regular light socket and it illuminated. The quantity that I have of these looks like they were stored in a basement for 50 years. The unit you receive may need a good cleaning before use.

The box has f-14 on it. Not sure if that is the model number of the bulb or not. I do not see the wattage stated anywhere. Box is in poor condition.
