Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. Failure to do so will result with the transaction being be considered null and cancelled, as well as the item being relisted.

Return Policy

A|J Collectibles offers a 14 day return policy on any defective items. A defective item is only considered defective if the item does NOT function properly, i.e. game skipping, doesn’t load, won’t save etc. Any item that needs to be returned for defective issues can be done so free of charge to the buyer. A|J Collectibles will cover the cost of the return label. Items that are not defective may not be returned. If an item is returned that is not defective, it will have a 20% restocking fee taken out of the refund.

Shipping Policy

A|J Collectibles ships items out Monday through Saturday. Maintaining an items condition from us to you is our number 1 priority. All items are sent out in either a bubble mailer, or a box with bubble wrap or other packing materials. In most instances, other steps will be included in our shipping process to ensure that items arrive safe and secure.
