Stunning c. 1900 Antique Parlor GWTW Banquet Lamp FOSTORIA, Victorian:

STUNNING victorian parlor lamp with very vivid colors....while not marked such, was definitely made by Fostoria Lamp & Glass c. 1900....measures 23 1/3\" to the top of the ball shade, with the ball shade alone measuring 9 3/4\" tall....large flowers appear to be poppies....background paint in magenta, purple, green, and yellow is striking....excellent, clean condition....no chips, cracks, or repairs....electrified many years ago and it still works well (switch on cord)....there is a bulb in the base, however it must be burnt out as only the top \"lights\"....GOOD NEWS is that the font does not appear to have been damaged or altered during the electrification....cord runs right through the feeder tube up to the socket....socket is securely attached to the feeder tube, however I did not see any solder....wick riser works well....I\'m able to lift the font out just enough to see that there are no holes or splits in the tank....a few very minor scuffs in the paint on the side of the lower globe (last photo)....no chimney....please study all photos, feel free to ask questions, and be sure to check out my other interesting antique sales!
