Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage writing on the first page and a couple internal pages half the pages are detached from the bottom staple there is a chunk out of the cover and other defects. I would call it around a 2.0 gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
