This set of 6 Songbird plates from The Danbury Mint was designed by the great illustrator and ornithologist Roger Tory Peterson. Each gold rimmed plate showcases a different multicolored bird. With a plate diameter of 8.25 inches, and a weight of 11.8 ounce, each plate is made of porcelain.

Produced by The Danbury Mint, Connecticut, in 1990 in an edition limited to 14 firing days, each plate is numbered. This unique and classic series is an excellent addition to one’s collection.

Each dish is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks and no scratches and are being offered in their original condition unaltered.
