This is an unbelievable find! Robert SIMPSON\'s Retail Store in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.The brochure reads A Visitor\'s Guide to Simpson\'s.It was created to entice United States Shopper\'s to Toronto, and specifically Simpson\'s.The brochure itself is an amazing piece of printing.It is die cut, as you flip each page you are revealing each floor of the store.It has black and white photos of each of the floors specialty.The 8th and 9th floor are The Arcadian Court, an elaborate restaurant.The 6th floor features the Treasure House, Luggage Department, Chinaware and Figurines.The 5th floor had the House of Ideas, Furniture Displays and the Avon House Galleries.The 4th floor features Homemakers\' Advisory Service, Draperies and Linens and Rugs and Floor coverings.The 3rd floor had the Regis Room, Fur Salon and Women\'s Sportswear.The 2nd floor housed the Blankets, Men\'s Topcoats and Suits and Dress Fabrics.The 1st floor was the Yonge Street Aisle, Idea Shop, Men\'s Furnishings and Imported Handbags.There were 5 restaurants, the Cafeteria, Arcadian Court, Coffee Shop, Rainbow Corner and the Motor Grill.Along with Parking areas they also sold Gas and Oil, did Greasing, Car washing, Tires and Repairs, Batteries and charging, Body repairs and had Dry Cleaning and Flower shop.This may be the last one to be had.Measures approx. 8-1/2 inches long by 4-1/2 inches high, 20 pages in total.This is a non returnable item as it is easily reproduced.This is a great piece to add of Simpson\'s to your collection!
