Beautiful fluted lined design with a thick metal base covered in 22K gold plate in a guilloche pattern with extremely fine groups of lines from top to the bottom. A collectible Sheaffer gold plated pencil made in the USA commemorating the 1999 UAW-GM Negotiations.- Filling system: 0.7 mm Leads (Several leads included)
- 22K gold plated body and trims
- Rounded flat tassie has a pearl like insert.
- Length (pen closed): 5 1/4 inches
- inscriptions read “Sheaffers” and “U.S.A” located on the midsection band.
