Sheaffer No-Nonsense Ball Pen New refill installed DarkGreen with chrometrim and screw-on cap Working Here's a bit of history about No-Nonsense ball pens and cartridge fill pens: Introduced in 1969, the pen design is taken from the Sheaffer flat top pens of the 20's. The early model does not have a finger grip and slip cap like the new models made today. The pen comes in many colors and was Sheaffer's lead item in their advertising specialty market.
