GALENA: Sweetwater Mine (Milliken Mine), Ellington, Reynolds County, Missouri, USA. Dimensions: 6.4 x 5.7 x 5.3cm, small cabinet. Here is a superb and classic Galena from the Viburnum Trend in Missouri featuring two large crystals in an attractive arrangement. The primary, large crystal measures 4.3cm across and has numerous, stepped, geometric growth hillocks on each metallic gray face as does the other crystal which has a thin rectangular shape and is 5cm in maximum dimension. The slightly modified corners on all of the cubes are a very nice touch to this very aesthetic specimen. It\'s a complete 360-degrees piece with a small amount of matrix in the back as you can see from the photos! Exceptional, well balanced, undamaged Galena specimens like this are rarely available now. This is an old classic from the 1980s and is from the Chet Lemanski collection with his label! Buyer pays FedEx Home Delivery shipping and any sales tax.
