Offering this 100% authentic signature of Philippine- American War Medal of Honor recipient Sgt. Charles W. Ray, USA (1872-1959). Ray served with the 22nd Infantry Regiment during the Philippine-American War. He was awarded the MOH for valor near San Isidro, Luzon in the Philippines on 19 OCT 1899. Signed FDC in good condition with normal signs of age.
