Here\'s a rare item that you probably won\'t see anywhere else. It\'s 8½\" x 11\" two-sided copies from an original Parts List for Servel gas refrigerators. The originals made good copies. The picture shows 8 pages from various years. Your purchase will be for ONE copy of any year you choose. These Servel factory Parts Lists were furnished to Servel dealers whenever new refrigerator models were introduced. I acquired most of them in the 1980s from several retired Servel dealers. A Parts List shows the refrigerator models available; door handles and striker assemblies, shelves, interior parts, freezer door assemblies, plastic and metal trim, burners, thermostats, flues, cooling units, and more. With these Parts Lists; you\"ll know the part name and number of the items shown....and also if your refrigerator is missing any parts.

Your choice of: 1939, 1940, 1941, 1942, 1947/1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1955, or 1956/1957. There were no 1943 -1945 models; which was due to World War II. I don\'t have the 1946 \"R\" models Parts List available; but am still searching for it.

The 1956/1957 refrigerators were the last ones manufactured by Servel, Inc. Whirlpool eventually bought out the Servel Corporation, and produced gas refrigerators under the Whirlpool name until the early 1960s only. Servel Inc. invented the icemaker for refrigerators, and installed them in their 1953 - 1957 refrigerators. Whirlpool wanted the patent for the icemaker, and eventually acquired it from Servel, Inc

I have a Parts List available for the 1952/1953 Wonderbar refrigerator; with electric heating element. Since there are less than 10 pages; a discount will apply to the Wonderbar Parts List.

I also have the 37 page factory Service Manual for the automatic Icemaker that was installed in the 1953-1957 models...at the same price as a Parts List. Also available is \"The Miracle of Ice from Heat\" with 21 pages; which explains how gas refrigerators work, and is the same price as a Parts List.

The model number of your Servel can be found on a small black and silver metal tag in the burner compartment; usually mounted vertically to the face of the cabinet. On certain models; the black and silver metal tag is located on the bottom crossmember of the cabinet, on the right side of the thermostat and facing up, and most likely hidden under dust/dirt. See my Servel Service Manual sale for a picture of one of these black and silver metal tags. There\'s also another black and silver metal tag that\'s attached directly to the refrigerator\'s cooling unit. This particular tag can\'t always be used to identify the exact model number; since other years and models of similar sized Servels will sometimes share the same cooling unit. The model number tag is always attached to the cabinet with 2 rivets, and the cooling unit tag is almost always attached with 2 screws.

The approximate cubic foot size of a Servel gas refrigerator can be determined by its model number. On a refrigerator that has 2 or 3 numbers in its model number: the first number is the cu. ft. size. On a refrigerator that has 4 numbers in its model number: the first and second number is the cu. ft. size. A few models in 1952 are an exception: a BE-107G is 10 cu. ft., and a BE-118G is 11 cu. ft.

Shipping is to the USA only with USPS Media Mail. USPS First Class Mail is also available.
