Sentinel 268T510 tube radio. This is a working AM and Shortwave radio with good sound and reception. It has the original butterscotch colored knobs and bezel. The grille cloth is original. Knobs may be Catalin plastic, but I do not know for sure. It runs on standard 120 volts AC. This is a 7 tube radio made in 1942. Tubes have been checked and defective capacitors replaced. There is a new AC line cord that matches the period well. The cabinet has been re-finished with strips of veneer replaced at the top and bottom front and wrap around on the sides. Tung oil finish applied on the wooden cabinet. AM band is 550 to 1600 KC, Shortwave is 6.0 to 18.0 Mhz. A long wire antenna is required for shortwave reception. Size is 22 in wide, 11 in deep, and 11 in high. Weight is about 18 pounds.The 4 knob functions Left to Right : Tone & On/Off, Volume, AM/SW, TuningBecause of the weight and nature of an old radio, I will not ship. Local pickup only.
