An elongate cluster of glistening, translucent to gemmy, royal-blue Linarite crystals from 2 to 9mm grace the top of a shard of matrix. Linarite, even when crystallized, rarely has this level of translucency or even transparency. It is also from what is considered the best locality for the species, in terms of fine crystals (although historically rare, even here).
