The toolbox, in my opinion, is in solid condition with some scratches and small dents. ( scratches on the bottom) it is very solid and handles latches, etc, seems to be good. The electric sander has lots of old stuck dirt , and the power cord is cracking almost disintegrating. I did not even attempt to plug it in, selling the Craftsman Sander for parts or repair only. The cord, i think, makes it very unsafe.

Tool box measures about 14\"×9+9.

The Sander looks like it was made to fit into the toolbox. However, if you do not want the sander, shipping would be less as it is a little over 10 pounds by itself. There are a few sanding sheets mostly used in the tool box.
