This beautiful hard to find coffee pot features exquisite hand-painted butterflies and Mt. Fuji with a stunning gold border. This pot is beautifully painted in such detail, with a dual design of multicolored butterflies on a cream background to a diamond lattice pattern behind the butterflies. The above design is Mt. Fuji Scenery in black and gold. The handle and spout are accented gold. The piece boasts a rich cultural heritage, hailing from Japan and manufactured in China by Soko China. Its delicate design and intricate details make it a must-have for collectors of Asian art and tea sets. While the provenance of the item is unknown, its beauty and quality are undeniable. The label is a gold mark (Doesn\'t say made in Japan) or occupied Japan under it. They didn\'t typically mark them these till after 1929.
