Samuel Moiseevich Pampulov Shmuel ben Moshe Panpulov , 1831 , Nikolaev [1] - December 31, 1911 ( January 13, 1912 ), Evpatoria ) - a nobleman, the mayor of Evpatoria, the karaite gham (secular and spiritual Head of the Karaites, elected for life). Pampulov for twelve years was the city head of Evpatoria and thirty-two years by the Karaite gaham, combining for a year and a half the two highest posts of the mayor of Evpatoria and the Karaite gaham.
