This was a xmas gift to a family member a very long time ago. It was filled and used during the holiday and then returned to the box where it stayed.
The lighter can be a table lighter or removed from the base to become a portable lighter.There is a very minor bit of pitting. I have not tried to polish it. The price tag is still on thebottom and it cost a whopping $12 back then.Original instructions are includedIt measures 3 3/8 x 1 1/4 x 2 1/4 inches.
