This is a very unusual Surge electric fencer made by Babson Brothers. It is in nice original condition as can be seen. It measures about 6 inches in diameter. It has a globe on it like an electric meter. The cord has some age cracking but is still pretty solid. I plugged it in and the light flashes and breaker oscillates as it should. It has one "lead" tube inside broken and the piece is laying inside. For display purposes this won't affect anything. This fencer would be a great and unique addition to your early agricultural antique collection or display. The pictures tell the story. You'll like it.
