STL Copper Sugar Pan France 2 Quart:

Pan is copper a bit under 2 mm thick, weighs 50.8 ounces, is 7” in diameter and 4” tall. There are a few dark corrosion spots on the bottom, these will come out with steel wool but will leave a mark.

Pan holds about 2 quarts if filled an inch below the top. But considering how hot melted sugar gets, the working capacity is less.

This is an unlined copper pan which is not suitable for everyday cooking.

The inside has been cleaned, the outside has not but would polish nicely with copper polish.

There are a few light scuffs and scratches, nothing major, no dents. This is a used pan in very good condition, it is not perfect. See photos.
