If you thought the 7228 was too small for you, then check out a larger version of this cool design! The steel got upgraded to VG10 as well, for excellent edge-retention. There is no need to break these in, as they come with a great feel right out of the box. The reversible left or right-handed, tip-up carry are also sure to please all lefties (no tools needed to change it, either - just a pinch and pull). Sanrenmu / SRM blades are heat treated with a fine heating process and also have a special cryogenic treatment to improve edge retention, hardness, toughness and corrosion resistance.- Brand new in box
