This beautiful Commemorative Promotion Certificate for the U.S. Army commemorates the occasion of promotion through the enlisted ranks. This Commemorative Certificate would make an excellent gift for Dad, or Granddad to honor their military service.

This certificate is printed on high quality 110 lb weight card stock with state of the art laser printing. The Certificate measure 8 ½ x 11”.This is not a Government Certificate, but a Commemorative Issue for Service.
