This rare piece of history souvenirfelt pennant from a closed Connecticut attraction, the Sherwood Forest Zoo. "Sherwood Forest was a 12-acrezoo that operated in Keney Park, Hartford from 1963-1976." Pennant is battle-worn and in need of love, would look great framed behind glass. When possible, pennants are shipped flat,otherwise they are carefully protected, loosely rolled-up, and shipped in abox. ⭐APPROXIMATE SIZE: Length = 29 in (73.66 cm), width = 11.5in (29.21 cm).
⭐CONDITION: Fair to good; has fading with age and use-wear.Screen-printed graphics and lettering are clear and sharp, tip area has staining.Review images for condition accuracy and verification.
⭐ADDITIONAL INFO: Many pennants from 1930s and later weremanufactured by the ‘Keezer’ company, Plaistow NH, this may or may not be one.I have over 120 vintage pennants I am in the process of listing.
