The Bugle badge has a large 23 & the shape of a flaming grenade, the Royal Welsh Fusiliers Logo, AKA 23rd regiment of foot.
The spelling of "Welsh" indicates that this was issued before 1920 when the spelling "Welch" was restored.
I think this is in excellent condition for its age & history. Minor Bangs & Dents (See pictures)
