Absolutely beautiful Robeson model #322. Measures 4 1/2\" closed and primary blade is 3 1/2\". Tang stamp on the primary blade indicates knife was built between 1911 and 1921. Identifying numbers are stacked 231 and 322. Knife has wood scales, which I believe to be walnut. Some were made in cocobolo. This one has steel liners and steel bolsters. It opens into two parts via the slot mechanism. This one is in amazing condition. All of the blades have excellent strong snap at open, half and close. There is a little patina in spots and a few light use scratches. The back of the spoon has two small dings as if it was washed with other utensils early in its life. Difficult to get pics where these show, so I brought it into a light box to capture. The main blade has never been sharpened and retains its factory edge.Walks and talks like its the early 1900s again. This knife is a fine piece of American history and craftsmanship.
