This material comes from Madagascar and you don't see it as much anymore.This piece has a cut face with a mirror polish that helps to show the colorful patterns with tiny orbs, veins of agate, and crystal-lined vugs. I see some hairline fractures, but it's otherwise solid. It will sit on its side for a display specimen or cut it.Weight: 4 lbs, 4.8 ozPictures were taken of each side with the rock wet, except for the pictures of the polished face and its close-ups, which were taken dry.
