The first part of this is \'s AI. My mom bought this many years ago and I have no idea where she got it but I have found zero information on this on the internet which is very strange. I\'ve never seen another one exactly like this. It has a newer nickel metal battery in it and when you turn the switch on the headlights come on when it gets dark out and when it gets light out the headlights go out because the solar panel is controlling it. There is a printed circuit board where the battery is at that works in conjunction with the tiny solar panel but it does charge the battery I did put a volt meter on and test. This is a very cool piece that I\'ve never seen another and although I put it as used condition, it is in like new condition. It will be packaged extremely well to the winning buyer. It includes the owner\'s manual.
