Retired obsolete vintage 1980s Park Coats Long Sleeve NYPD Police Shirt. Blue shirts were issued and worn between 1972 and 1994 (In 1994 the darker color was reinstated). I have possessed this shirt since the 1980s.
The brand is Park Coats and composed of dacron polyester and cotton poplin. Embroidered collar pin holes and left chest badge holes, plus epaulets, pocket flaps, finished front and back seaming and single patch on right sleeve. Made in the USA.
Note: Pre-existing right sleeve patch was removed leaving a light residue. I\'d like to think a reputable cleaner could remove this. Discounted accordingly.
No structural damage to note. Excellent condition.
