Resilient Mount, NSN 5340-01-012-3713, Pt # 415041-2. Basically a shock absorber. Dimensions are: Bottom plate 2 x 3 inches; Top plate 1 3/4 x 2 inches; 1 1/2 inches high; Top threaded hole is 5/16 fine. These are new in the package. Military uses these on Vehicle Radio Mounts to absorb shock. Typically somewhere between 60 and 200 pounds.To all my customers, new and repeat (5/26/2013): I have been selling on for many years.
