Remington UMC Antique R1285 Swell Center Jack Knife Transition 1920’s Era:

Remington R1285 Tortoise swell center jack knife.

Excellent used condition. Both blades have smooth open and decent snap closing.

Part of the Remington etch can still be seen on master blade.

Transition tang stamps on blades (1924)

Beautiful handles are crack and chip free.

Carbon steel blades show signs of use and patina but in excellent condition for their age.

Nickel silver bolsters and bar shield with brass liners.

Knife measures 3 inches closed.
