The parts location photos have been enlarged and enhanced with arrows pointing to the locations of the old caps. Whenever available, factory recommended IF alignment and tracking information is also provided.
Electrolytic capacitors are the weak links in old transistor sets. Over the years they dry up, causing radios to play weakly, distort, or quit altogether. Old caps can also severely reduce battery life.
