Rarest Killer Oklahoma Pennsylvanian Schedexocrinus Crinoid. Fossil Trilobite:

Offered here is absolute stunning and beyond rare Schedexocrinus gibberellus crinoid from the Holdenville Formation from Okmulgee County, Oklahoma; Pennsylvanian in age. The crinoid measures 3 3/4” long x 4 1/4” wide and prepared free of matrix. This crinoid was part of the famed crinoid specialist Gary Webster and I was lucky enough to purchase it totally unprepared in 2016. I had it prepared by Scott Vergiels, world renowned as one of the best in the business, using the most up to date preparation techniques. He spend close to 70 hours, yes, 70 hours on this specimen. You can see the quality. This is one weird crinoid with spines and “umbrella”, the size, the rarity and the quality. Look at old catalogs of Allen Graffham. He had some 35 years ago close to the same price, but no where near the quality. I’ll list it for about 2-3 weeks, and if it doesn’t sell, I’ll just put it away for a couple years and the value will increase more than the stock market.
