I\'m a film and event producer and was given this photograph as a gift after producing a show at Walt Disney World in the 1990\'s. It\'s a photograph of Walt Disney, themed to 100 Years of Magic with a signature on an inlaid mat. As this wasn\'t a purchased item, there\'s no COA. But it is from Walt Disney, and because it\'s not commercially available, as far as I can tell, it\'s rare.
