A fabulous estate find! For your consideration is this vintage Villeroy & Boch Alt Amsterdam Fondue Set. It includes the following items:

A fondue pot with all if its parts: ceramic exterior pot with integrated ceramic base for holding the heat source, a metal interior pot, a cast iron ring for holding fondue forks, and a burner unit with multiple pieces
An instruction manual (this has a different pattern listed on the tag, but the set and the instructions are the same)
Set of six fondue forks in original packaging, in excellent condition
A divided fondue plate

Everything is in excellent, gently used condition. The fondue pot has a tiny chip on the base, about the size of a grain of rice, as shown in the photos - but other than this,there are no chips, cracks, or damage, and only gentle signs of use. The burner unit has been opened and used (as shown) but appears to be in excellent condition. The fondue forks are in their original packaging but it does not include the lid. I even found the order form for this set, dated 1979 (the fondue pot was the most expensive items sold in this pattern!).
For shipping, each piece will be carefully wrapped, and this set will be carefully packed in 2 new sturdy boxes with lots of protection.
