This is a apron of Spago Restaurant founded by Wolfgang Puck in 1982. It was signed by so many famous chefs on the American Wine & Food Festival in 1985.
This apron was signed by:
1.Paul Prudhomme (1940-2015）: He was among the first celebrity chefs, the restaurateur, author, entrepreneur and television personality.
2.Wolfgang Puck:The name Wolfgang Puck is synonymous with the best of restaurant hospitality and the ultimate in all aspects of the culinary arts. The famed chef has built a brand that encompasses three companies: Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, Wolfgang Puck Catering, and Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, Inc.
