Rare Seaman-Kent Floor Wax Tin Hardwood Flooring advertising ad early 20th 1900s:

Easily a good condition tin with a nice eye appeal for this age. Still some original product inside. Handsome darkened silver tone metal, nice black on tan label is secure to tin, no dings, dents, or bends found, typical age and use patina that is warm and pleasing and attests perfectly to time and usage. The lid opens and closes as intended and is nice and snug. There is some smooth surface rust on the lid as you can see. No touch ups or repairs.

Besides a few paper ad images that turn up from time to time, and some stamped old wooden floor boards, not much else is ever seen from this interesting company. Seaman-Kent was another victim of the Great Depression and slowly withered all but away during the early 1930's. Consider this a rare tin, especially in small Sample size.
