Offered is one (1) vintage pre-1968 Revere Ware copper clad stainless steel 12\" cooking surface griddle/crepe pan that\'s hard to come by as they were introduced in 1956 and only made until 1968. It measures 13.5\" in diameter at the rims with a 12\" diameter cooking surface and is 5/8\" deep. The bottom is boldly marked with the pre-1968 double circled Paul Revere profile log reading: \"Copper Clad - Revere Ware - Stainless Steel - Patent 2272609 - Made under Process Patent 2363973 - Clinton, ILL.\"
Condition: It has overall surface scratches from normal use, cleaning and storage in the cabinets but still looks pretty nice with a very good flat & level bottom & no dents, dings, scorching or pitting. The stay cool bakelite handle is nice dark & shiny with no whitening from harsh dishwasher detergents & no chips, nicks or cracks. It\'s firmly attached with the hanging ring securely in place.
This is very good vintage cookware that was made to last and is much better made than the newer Revere Ware made in Asia.
